Olive

Extra

Olive is an online survival guide conceived by Japanese designer and architect Eisuke Tachikawa (also know as Nosigner) that sprang up after Kapan’s recent earthquake and tsunami.

Written in English, Japanese, Korean and Chinese, the website was launched as an editable wiki to empower the public to “share designs, food and ideas that help people living in disaster areas”. Olive has been printed and sent to the quake-hit Tohoku region of Japan, and a mobile version of the site is coming soon.
