The Regency, Denver

American creative studio Superfluent Design has recently completed the exterior repainting of the Regency Student Housing building in Denver. Reinvigorating the structure using a palette of royal blue, citrus green, warm yellow and orange, the team used 800 gallons of paint to cover the building’s 40,000 sq ft surface area.
Previously a hotel erected in the 1960s, the group used colours and gradient techniques derived from their own colour experiments to reinvent the building’s geometric structure without structurally changing it.
