Guggenheim Releases Domestic Paints

New York’s Guggenheim Museum has worked with Fine Paints of Europe and Wijzonol Paints to develop two collections of interior paints that reflect the colours associated with the museum and its history.
Gallery Colours is a collection of 50 neutral hues that the Guggenheim has used on its own walls over the years to complement the artworks on display, including the original colours selected for the space by the building’s architect Frank Lloyd Wright.
Classical Colours is a collection of bolder hues derived from artworks held in the museum’s permanent collections, drawing inspiration from palettes used by artists such as Paul Cézanne, Vasily Kandinsky and Vincent van Gogh.
The paints can be purchased via the Guggenheim Color by Fine Paints of Europe website.
