Shanghai Gesture

Built around 1685, The Willet-Holthuysen museum – bequeathed to Amsterdam by Mrs. Willet-Holthuysen in 1895 – is the only fully furnished patrician house in the city open to the public. Showcasing the décor of the Dutch Golden Age, the museum is currently staging a collaborative exhibition of fashion with a dynamic mix of photography, clothing, film and drawings by Dutch and Chinese designers and students. Stylus explores the exhibition.
