In response to the reported decrease in size of the average home in the UK and Europe, and solving home storage issues, British manufacturer Dyson has launched a tiny vacuum cleaner only a fraction bigger than an A4 sheet of paper.
According to Dyson, “57% of Brits complain they don’t have enough space in their homes for storage”. The DC49 Multi Floor – weighing just 2.7kg – is 30% smaller than Dyson's previous DC47 Ball vacuum cleaner. Engineered to be its quietest yet, it’s the first to be powered by a digital motor – the same motor that powers the Dyson Airblade hand dryers.
