2020 eradicated long-standing complacencies. But more work needs to be done to empower diverse voices, fight misinformation, and forge meaningful connections at a time of social distancing. This reimagining and refashioning of the cultural landscape is happening online in weird and wild new digital spaces. I’m excited about the opportunities for brands and consumers alike that will emerge as these trends bloom in 2021.
