Dazed & Confused Collaborates with South African Youth Magazine

Extra

Fashion, culture and arts publication Dazed & Confused is to collaborate with youth magazine Live for it's new South African edition.

The original Live Magazine is a free publication based in Lambeth, South London, created by young people for young people. Live Magazine is a long-term media partner of Dazed & Confused, and this new project aims to take the publication's message and ethos to the burgeoning youth culture of South Africa.

Dazed & Confused editor Rod Stanley is to travel to South Africa to recruit and mentor an editorial team of 21 young people, the majority of whom are from the townships outside Cape Town. Live Magazine South Africa aims to give a voice to the youth of South Africa and empower young people, with an emphasis on diverse backgrounds, cultures and colours. It will have an initial distribution of 50,000 printed copies, with a mobile launch also anticipated.
