Sophie supports our members with report sourcing requests and managing site access. After studying sociology at The University of Manchester, she started her professional journey at a marketing agency.

Abbey supports our US clients, helping cross-industry brands apply Stylus trends to their business initiatives. She has 10 years’ market research experience working with clients spanning fashion, beauty, product design, homeware, retail and hospitality.

Lesley has over 20 years’ experience in market research and consumer insights. She specialises in optimising partnerships and maximising ROI for our marketing, advertising, branding and media clients.

Client Services Manager

Alessia speaks Italian, Spanish, French and English and predominantly looks after clients in southern Europe. Her MA in Marketing & Communications helps Alessia understand clients’ needs and anticipate their strategy plans.

With over 10 years’ client relationship management experience, Kasey leads the client services team in strategically partnering with a client base of brands and agencies operating across multiple consumer industries.

Strategic Accounts Director

A fluent speaker of English, French, Italian and Spanish, Jessica, one of our longest standing strategic account directors, looks after Stylus’ EMEA and APAC-based client accounts. She previously worked with Toyota, LinkedIn, Net-a-Porter and Discovery.

Strategic Account Director

Jo works closely with key Stylus clients to help process and apply trends and insights to shape and embed global strategy. She draws on 10 years’ experience in consumer and market intelligence, trend analysis and adoption, as well as a further 10 years in strategic branding/marketing.

Daniela uses her expertise to support clients in the UK and DACH region. Having worked in technology research, innovation consultancies and communications, Daniela applies consumer insights and develops solutions that identify growth opportunities for her clients.
