Gastro ice cream has come to north London. Chin Chin Laboratorists in Camden is injecting experimental, gastronomic delight into the world of ice cream. It offers the experience of bespoke ice creams, frozen in a mater of seconds with liquid nitrogen. 

Designed by Shai Akram and Andrew Haythornwaite, Chin Chin features a different workstation for each stage of the ice cream-making process. The multi-coloured blocks and scaffolding echo molecular diagrams, resulting in a theatrical laboratory setting.
