Wired x Bon Appetit Unites Food & Tech
Bringing the notions of food and tech together, Wired will feature MSG-free, umami-infused recipes from Bon Appetit. These recipes were conceived in collaboration with the food lab of Momofuku – the award-winning restaurant group founded by Korean-American chef David Chang. Meanwhile, Bon Appetit will utilise social media to drive readers to Wired’s feature and share the editorial content on its own platforms.
This initiative reflects a wider consumer interest in food publishing, which has spurred a raft of new food publications that are enjoying major success across the globe.
