ParkVisitor: Uniting Park Enthusiasts

American park promoter The Good Solutions Group has launched ParkVisitor – a website that aggregates user reviews of US national parks, monuments and historic locations to give users the best possible experience.

The online community of national park enthusiasts – including everyone from park rangers to bikers – shares tips on the most extreme trails to the best place to grab a quick snack. Users can search by activity such as hiking or biking, or by location using a postcode. Each park is given a score, and its listing features information on available activities as well as a link to its official website.

ParkVisitor promotes getting outdoors and being active, no matter the level of fitness or budget constraints, and is sure to benefit from the growing number of 'weekend warriors' in search of endurance sports or a challenge away from the office. Read more on this concept in the Rise of the Weekend Warrior.
