Vodvil: Where Gaming and Nightlife Collide

Joining the ranks of a growing number of spaces inextricably bound with the concept of play (see Play Spaces) comes the brand new LA nightspot Vodvil.

A restaurant, bar and karaoke joint, it’s a different game every night at Vodvil – featuring parlour games ranging from trivia quizzes and charades to TV-style panel quizzes. The space itself has been designed by LA-based architects Ralph Gentile to emulate a 1970s era living room-cum-talk show set, in hues of brown, orange and green.

Launched last month, guests should be in for a treat but need to be aware that a certain amount of dedication is expected.
