A Modest Addition to the London Fashion Week Schedule

Haute Elan – a leading global e-commerce site for Muslim women – has just announced the launch of London Modest Fashion Week to coincide with the international catwalks schedule.
The first of its kind in the UK, LMFW – not to be confused with London Men’s Fashion Week – will be held at the Saatchi Gallery from February 18-19 2017.
The event is intended as a platform for emerging and established modest fashion brands and will feature catwalk shows from over 40 designers, panel discussions from modest apparel experts and influencers, pop-up stores and investor workshops for the brands.
With 29% of the global population projected to be Muslim by 2030, and Muslim consumer spend on clothing estimated at $203bn per annum – a figure projected to grow to $484bn by 2029 – modest clothing is predicted to be the single biggest opportunity in womenswear globally for the next five years.
