The Truvia Voyage of Discovery with Bompas & Parr

One of nature’s sweet secrets, the stevia leaf, has been revealed atop Selfridges in London. For four days from 21 to 24 July, the department store’s roof was transformed into a fantasy adventure land by culinary architects Bompas & Parr and Studio Toogood – which crafted the pop-up Voyage of Discovery. The event celebrated the UK launch of Truvia – the calorie-free sweetener derived from the stevia shrub. Stylus reports.
