Kram/Weissharr: Multithread

European studio Kram/Weissharr, founded by designers Reed Kram and Clemens Weisshaar, has designed a Multithread series of furniture for the Milanese gallery Nilufar. Generated using a computer algorithm coded by the duo, the pieces use colour to signify the stress put on each join of the furniture’s structure.

The Multithread series highlights consumers’ enthusiasm to understand how objects work – using colour as a method of displaying comparative information.
