We are pleased to announce our acquisition of New York-based events company Decoded Fashion.

Decoded Fashion connects fashion leaders with the best new and established technology and fosters creative partnerships between startups, designers, retailers and media professionals.

Founder of Decoded Fashion Liz Bacelar will continue to lead its team of innovative fashion and retail experts.

The Decoded Fashion global event series brings together emerging technologies and decision makers in the fashion, beauty and retail sectors. Its events include hackathons and startup competitions in New York, London & Milan. See NYFW Hackathons and NYFW Hackathons: Results.

The events are produced with top industry partners including the CFDA (Council of Fashion Designers of America), the British Fashion Council, and Italian trade fair specialists Pitti Imagine. Decoded Fashion also hosts a global networking series, DF Meetups, in 12 countries. Decoded Fashion is headquartered in New York and has offices in London and Milan.

The acquisition of Decoded Fashion will help expand our offering.
