Park Sound

Extra

The Park Sound Project is a pilot scheme to motivate people to solve the summer litter problem in two of Berlin’s most crowded parks.

The solar-powered rubbish bins, dubbed ‘garbage jukeboxes’, have been installed in the Mauerpark and Görlitzer Park, and reward diligent citizens by serenading them – courtesy of one of ten participating local musicians.
