International Edelstein Colour Symposium

Drawing insight from academics working in the fields of conservation and restoration, history, religion, architecture, fine art and science, the Edelstein Colour Symposium 2011 highlighted the cultural significance of pigment and dyes throughout history, and the synergy between science and art that facilitates it.

The Symposium, held at Shenkar College of Engineering and Design, Ramat-Gan, Israel, brought together a diverse group of experts to explore the historical evolution of colour and application.
