Young British Foodies

The Young British Foodies is a new award that is looking for the next generation of talented culinary creators.

The first stage is an open submission. Applicants must send a 500-word statement about their work, along with supporting video or images.

An expert panel – including gastronomic UK duo Bompas & Parr, and expert London-based cocktail mixologist Tony Conigliaro – will judge the applications. Categories open for submission include alchohol, experimental, coffee, chefs, street food, baking and meat.

The event will end in an awards ceremony and an exhibition of the winning entries.
