App-Connected Toothbrush

Kentucky-based oral care company Beam Technologies has created Beam Brush – an app-connected toothbrush that allows consumers to manage their oral care via their smartphones.

The toothbrush’s smartphone app times and tracks how long a user brushes their teeth. This information can be shared and monitored within a family of users or by a dental professional prior to an appointment, enabling better understanding of the client’s habits.

Growing numbers of tech-savvy consumers are tracking their daily health habits and connecting with medical professionals through mobile applications and app-connected devices. Beam Brush offers a level of accessibility and communication that is in hot demand.
