Magic Door

A new children's store in Messina, Italy is targeting children as well as their parents with a shrunken, 140cm high doorway that guides children into the space.

The playful yellow door leading into Mediyachting 0-14 was created by Italian designer Renato Arrigo and features a hidden, adult-sized, glass door alongside it.

A ruler printed between the two doors also plays on the height theme, allowing kids to ascertain when it's time to switch from one to the other.
