Marble 4420 at Svenskt Tenn

Stockholm design company and interiors shop Svenskt Tenn has invited Swedish designers Monica Förster and Björn Kusoffsky to create an installation and series of objects based on the pattern Marble 4420, created by the late designer Josef Frank.

Among the new objects inspired by the original marble 4420 pattern are a tray (pictured) and flower table – both limited editions to Svenskt Tenn.

Shown at Svenskt Tenn’s temporary store – the former cinema house Astoria in Stockholm – Marble 4420 was showcased during the Stockholm Furniture Fair, which ran from February 8-12 2011.
