Armani Hotel Dubai has launched a series of culinary masterclasses led by expert chefs Alessandro Salvatico, Vijay Anand and Kyung Soo.

The chefs – from the hotel’s Ristorante, Amal and Hashi restaurants – will share their respective expertise in creating signature Italian, Indian and Japanese dishes. Each dish will then be served to hotel guests. Students will be given the specialist recipes to keep, so the dishes may be recreated at home.

Meanwhile, following the success of the culinary masterclasses at The Dorchester in London, executive chef Henry Brosi has extended his series of informative lunches held in The Krug Room throughout 2011 – further proof that travelling to learn, rather than just for the sake of travelling, appears to be an increasing trend.
