Ecole Cantonale d’Art de Lausanne (ECAL) graduate Elsa Lambinet has partnered with Swiss chocolatier Blondel for her graduation project: a modular system that creates customised chocolate experiences.

Each square of chocolate – milk, dark or white – has a slot where consumers can place their choice of flavoured biscuit, and a recess in the top for a complementary topping, encouraging them to play with the taste and texture of chocolate.
