Haberdashery East

In a partnership with British independent music shop Rough Trade and London based craft gallery Prick Your Finger, Technology Will Save Us (TWSU) a technology evangelist organisation is launching pop-up education space and store in East London.

Haberdashery East will showcase TWSU’s first collection of DIY technology kits and a series of hands-on workshops, encouraging Londoners to get involved and learn about technology.

TWSU co-founder Bethany Koby said: “I believe technology plays a huge role in all of our lives and we know so little about how to fix it, how to make things with it, and how to be more creative with it.”

The in-store workshops start on September 28 2011, launching with ‘Build Your Own Lumiphone’.
