The Institute of Domestic Technology

The US Institute of Domestic Technology, set up this year, aims to rediscover and reinvent domestic skills such as home coffee roasting and milk crafting through classes, workshops and tours.
The hands-on classes are run from the Institute’s base on the Zane Grey Estate, Atadena, California.
The Institute’s mission is: “To reignite the passion of how we make food, the ingredients we source and the farms on which they originate.” These ideals sit squarely in the Stylus Macro Trend Control and Create where there is an encouragement to slow down and appreciate methods from the past.
