A new fast food sushi restaurant in Beverly Hills, Los Angeles, is using technology to deliver fast, customised sushi rolls. U-Sushi's customers place their unique order using an iPad, choosing from more than 40 different ingredients, before watching a series of robots assemble their dream sushi roll.

By using robots, U-Sushi drastically reduces the time it takes to prepare each roll, and removes the need for highly skilled sushi chefs, cutting costs.
