MFW A/W 13-14: Fendi

Fashion month continues as Milan promptly commenced as soon as the lights went down on London’s catwalks. Several big-name designers have already shown their Autumn/Winter 2013-14 collections, including Gucci, Fendi and MaxMara.

Italian fashion house Fendi focused its attention on fur, updating it with neon hues and a punkish attitude. Inherently tied to the concept of luxury, fur coats, jackets, sweaters, skirts and accessories were given a youthful injection of colour with strips of bright hues and all-over fluoro washes.

Colourful mohawks topped off each look, with violet lipstick and over-the-knee socks completing the rebellious picture. Blue and pink camouflage fur made a daring statement, while silhouettes bounced from ladylike to 80s sexy.

Milan Fashion Week continues this week.
