Genee: Your Virtual PA

Genee, an artificially intelligent scheduling app that allows anyone to enjoy the luxury of having a personal assistant, launched in public beta in August 2015.
Co-founders Charles Lee and Ben Cheung created the end-to-end scheduling helper after struggling to coordinate meetings around their diaries. Using the app, which can be plugged into any existing calendar app and email provider, is like dealing with a human assistant.
"The reason why executives have assistants is that once they tell them to schedule a meeting, they take over completely," Cheung told website TechCrunch. "The tools available now are pulling to automate that, but they don't solve the problem end-to-end: they're not taking away the responsibility."
Once copied in on an email, Genee will ensure the meeting is in everyone's diaries at the best time. Should you need to move the meeting, a one-click option will prompt Genee to notify other parties. If you instruct Genee to schedule drinks after work, the app will know that you mean after the end of your working day and an appropriate time to delay the event by, if your calendar is fully booked.
