Ghent Light Festival Cathedral

Designed by Italian studio Luminarie De Cagna for the Ghent Light Festival, Belgium, this cathedral installation uses approximately 55,000 coloured LEDs in its decoration.

Standing at 28m, the structure was one of many exhibits celebrating the beauty of light in the city of Belfortstraat earlier this year.

The Ghent Light Festival ran from January 27-29 2012.
