St.JOHN Adds Hotel
Following in the footsteps of the St. JOHN restaurants in east London, Fergus Henderson and business partner Trevor Gulliver are extending their unique approach to hospitality with a highly anticipated new hotel project.
The 15-room hotel is being rebuilt from the skeleton of Manzi’s “famous seafood restaurant", a landmark building in the heart of Chinatown and London’s theatre district. Echoing the aesthetic of its predecessors, the hotel also includes a new restaurant with a bar situated on the floor above.
