House of Fraser’s Facebook App

In a bid to target young consumers, UK department store House of Fraser has launched a Facebook voucher app in collaboration with Britain’s National Union of Students (NUS).

The app, developed by London-based social media specialist We Are Social, is designed to engage a more youthful audience for House of Fraser. It will encourage first-time purchases from students by offering NUS members a 10% discount when shopping online – on the proviso that they also become Facebook fans of the retailer.
