St. Regis Turns Tiffany Blue

This summer, the St. Regis Hotel in New York unveiled its latest luxury design collaboration – The Tiffany Suite.

The hotel’s partnership with the luxury jeweller began in 1991, when Tiffany’s creative director, John Loring, was asked to develop a space that would revitalise the hotel’s image. This latest creation – which costs $8500 (£5421) per night – has been designed to appeal to a younger generation of travellers. The décor features detailing in Tiffany’s traditional turquoise blue, and the dining room features silver barware from the jeweller. Guests also benefit from private access to the bespoke salon and design studio at Tiffany’s flagship NY store.

This latest collaboration is part of a brand-wide campaign from hotel owner Starwood to woo younger travellers. Other initiatives include a collaboration with Taiwanese US-based fashion designer Jason Wu, who will launch a series of exclusive international fashion experiences.
