John Hegarty to Talk at Stylus Fashion Launch

Sir John Hegarty, much-lauded adman and founding partner of Bartle Bogle Hegarty (BBH), will be presenting a keynote address at Stylus Fashion's inaugural fashion briefing next month.

Taking key points from his book, Hegarty on Creativity, he will reveal his top tips for nurturing, sustaining and harnessing that most elusive of qualities – creativity. His thoughts will be bookended by insights from the Stylus Fashion team into the most pressing issues facing the fashion industry today.

Stylus Fashion takes Stylus Media Group's unique and successful cross-industry approach to innovation, and presents it specifically for a fashion and retail membership base. "Today, fashion and retail brands need access to a platform where they can refine their own ideas and get them to market more efficiently and effectively," says Marc Worth, founder and chief executive of Stylus Media Group. To achieve that, brand creatives must focus on nurturing creativity and innovation within their own design teams, distancing themselves from 'cookie cutter' tools.

In an effort to provide the most original research and tailored strategic advisory services for its members, Stylus Fashion will be available by invitation only and capped at 100 companies. C-suite executive leaders and creative directors from the Stylus Fashion member organisations will be invited to participate in the group's Creative Leadership Council, meeting throughout the year to network, share best practice and jointly address the most pressing business issues of the day.
