Pop-up Office Gym

Extra

London fitness studio Club 51 has launched a new pop-up gym service for businesses across the city.

Pop Up Gym aims to relieve employee stress, improve energy levels and increase workplace positivity through high-intensity cardio sessions, martial arts, running classes and core workouts, as well as simpler exercises built around ropes and balls.

Workers can also take part in yoga, nutrition classes and cooking workshops, as well as a session that will teach them how to beat jetlag when travelling.

Club 51 claims that the improved productivity and team cohesion gained from ‘workplace wellness’ can generate a typical ROI of £4 to every £1.

Gym spaces are starting to adapt to meet consumers' interests and lifestyles. Read more this in David Barton and The Gym Revolution, or find out more about the idea of health as an asset in Technogym: Health is Wealth
