Condé Nast Traveler to Launch in China

International publishing house Condé Nast International will launch a Chinese edition of its eponymous travel magazine in March 2013. Condé Nast Traveler will be Condé Nast’s sixth publication in China, adding to an existing portfolio that includes Vogue, Self and Gentlemen’s Quarterly. 

“Content of the title is tailor-made for China’s growing number of culturally refined and affluent individuals, seeking to satisfy their desire to discover and experience the world’s top luxury travel destinations,” said the magazine’s editorial director Yan Xiao. 

Earlier this year, the publishing house introduced Vogue Travel in France, a Mandarin-language magazine directed at affluent Chinese tourists visiting France – the most popular destination for outbound Chinese travellers.
