Uniqlo’s HairDo’s

Japanese clothing store Uniqlo has launched a new site called Uniqlo HairDo that gives lessons on how to create 16 different hairstyles to complement the high-street brand’s new collection.

With a retro feel and preppy styling, the site was designed by Japanese studio Projector and uses a combination of stills and animated gifs to demonstrate how to create the various styles. Each clickable hairdo reveals a step-by-step guide, resulting in a fully shoppable Uniqlo look. The page is also linked to a dedicated Pinterest board, so individuals can ‘pin’ their chosen styles.

Uniqlo HairDo is the second addition to the brand’s ‘Life Tools’ series. The first was a recipe app, whereby six chefs created recipes to complement Uniqlo’s aesthetic.
