Levi's x MOCA

On Sunday (April 17), denim giant Levi's opened its new Film Workshop in LA as part of the Museum of Contemporary Art's (MOCA) Art in the Streets exhibition – the first major US exhibition of graffiti and street art.

The workshop will feature a selection of film and video collaborations with artists and street art pioneers, and is accompanied by the launch of a collection of limited edition Levi's denim trucker jackets.  They are embellished with work by 10 artists featured in the MOCA exhibition: Neck Face, Kenny Scharf, KR, Chaz Bojorquez, Crash, Lady Pink, Andre, Revok, Shepard Fairey and Keith Haring.

The jackets will be released in chronological order – according to when the artist started out in the world of street art – and will cost $250, with only 50 of each design being made.
