Nobu Unveils Hotel Interiors

Nobu Hospitality has unveiled the interiors of its debut hotel in Las Vegas, which is set to open in December.

Nobu Hotel, the first hotel from the luxury sushi restaurant chain, comprises part of a regeneration of Caesars Palace. Decorated in signature Japanese style, its 181 rooms feature art from up-and-coming Japanese artists and custom calligraphy.

Guests will also have private access to the 327-seat Nobu restaurant – the chain’s largest to date – and 24-hour access to Nobu cuisine through the in-room dining menu.

While luxury hoteliers continue to hire celebrity chefs to add prestige to a hotel restaurant, Nobu Hotel is the first celebrity-chef branded hotel venture. Read more about how hotels are re-thinking their food and beverage (F&B) strategies in Beyond Food & Beverage.
