Justin Timberlake Targets Photographers

To coincide with this latest Hollywood flick In Time, pop-star-turned-actor Justin Timberlake has staged an open call for photographers around the world to submit work which best represents the phrase ‘Every Second Counts’.

In Time (released on October 28) is heavily based in a dystopian future where money is replaced by time as valued currency. The rich live long while the poor die quick – so every second counts. With this in mind, Timberlake, in collaboration with creative online community Talenthouse is looking for the most interesting perspective on this poignant theme. The winner will have their photograph featured on Timberlake’s Facebook page and at the movie’s premiere in Los Angeles.

Where many films fail to engage audiences due to an ever-increasing number of releases per month, Timberlake’s call draws them in, spreads the film’s core message, and crowd-sources creativity for marketing potential.
