H&M x Marni

Swedish high-street retailer H&M has announced its next designer collaboration is to be with luxury Italian label Marni.

After H&M’s recent highly publicised Versace collection, the retailer has wasted no time in announcing its next designer offering, presumably aiming to capitalise on the hype. Founded and designed by Consuelo Castiglioni, Marni is a stalwart of the biannual Milan Fashion Week schedule, and is well-known for its retro prints, colour-blocking and graphic, geometric accessories.

The Marni for H&M collection will be released on March 8 2012, and will retail in 260 H&M stores worldwide, as well as online.
