Star In Your Own Nature Documentary

Luxury Nature Documentary Travel

Luxury UK tour operator Luxury Travel Advisors is giving travellers the opportunity to star in their own Plant Earth II-style nature documentary.

Groups of four guests are accompanied by a five-person camera crew to an exotic wildlife location, where their trip is captured and turned into a compelling and colourful documentary.

2017 excursions will include an arctic trip in Norway, a safari in South Africa, a jungle journey in Brazil and a 'Canadian Bear Encounter'. Journeys last between 8-10 days and at the end of each trip, participants can enjoy a private screening of their video.

These tours are marketed at the top end of the luxury market, and cost from £140,000 per group including first class flights.

This concept feeds into the idea that travellers are increasingly looking to accrue memorable and unique experiences over physical luxury. For more on how definitions of luxury are evolving, see our New Luxury Travel report, which forms part of our Future Guest Industry Trend.
