The Client Services Associate is responsible for supporting Stylus in the way it grows, renews and serves clients. If you are interested in helping brands grow by understanding the future consumer landscape then get in touch, we'd love to hear from you.

Key responsibilities

  • Analyse client usage
  • Deliver site overviews
  • Administer user moves, add and changes
  • Research Stylus content and prepare reports based on client content requests
  • Proactively interact with new client contacts
  • Prepare weekly and monthly pipeline and forecast reports
  • Light office administration tasks

Required skills & qualifications

  • 1-3 years’ experience in a related role ideally gained in a design or marketing agency
  • Excellent verbal, and written skills
  • Superior oral communication skills and engaging presentation skills
  • Demonstrable interest in innovation and trends in the creative consumer industries
  • A background and strong on-going interest in marketing, brand and design related disciplines
  • A high degree of professionalism and organizational skills
  • A high degree of intellectual curiosity; the ability to take disparate reports and create an engaging ‘story’ for a client
  • Develop knowledge on Stylus content to expert level
