Wanted: an agile Marketing Executive to help our dynamic, fast-paced marketing team achieve its ambitious goals. You’ll strive to perform to the highest standards, have a super-strong work ethic, and be more than willing to get stuck in to our day-to-day activities. Creative, confident and adaptive, you’ll use your previous marketing experience and can-do attitude to become an integral member of the Stylus marketing team. Reporting to one of our Senior Marketing Managers, you’ll have an opportunity to make a real impact at an exciting time in the team’s development.


Key responsibilities

  • Execute a variety of digital campaigns in Marketo, including email, nurture, webinars, partnerships, webinars and more
  • Support Digital Marketing Operations Lead on a variety of Marketo-related tasks (lead scoring amends, lead management processes, email building, landing page builds, etc.)
  • Produce daily, weekly and monthly client newsletters
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify new regional partnership (associations and industry bodies, independent businesses and trade events) opportunities and source new ideas
  • Understand and assist the Partnerships Lead in the day-to-day management and process of partner negotiations and execution of agreed marketing activity
  • Build and segment data lists to support marketing campaigns
  • Assist with in-house webinar production
  • Monitor and report regularly on marketing channel and campaign performance
  • Manage marketing-owned web pages for various campaigns and initiatives
  • Manage the marketing calendar for department activity (campaigns, webinars, partnerships, events)
  • Establish relationships with the Commercial and Content teams, and ensure clear communication between departments
  • Support Brand Editor with copywriting for email, online and print activity
  • Brief and work with the creative team to produce visual marketing assets
  • Execute our social media strategy to grow our audience and boost engagement levels
  • Partnerships: manage relationships with existing partners and execute on deliverables, identify new partners in line with the global partnership strategy
  • Monitor marketing email inboxes
  • Complete regular competitor analysis


Required skills & qualifications

Must-Have

  • Familiarity with organising marketing campaigns via different media
  • Has excellent attention to detail
  • Is exceptionally well organised
  • Has excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent at working quickly and efficiently
  • Proactive team player, flexible, capable of turning around work to tight deadlines
  • Strives to develop and learn through experience
  • Has a creative, constructive and measured approach to problem solving and a ‘can do’ attitude
  • Is confident to contribute ideas in meetings
  • Takes ownership of work and uses initiative
  • Can comfortably work in team situations, and autonomously
  • Experience using Marketo, or a similar Marketing Automation platform
  • Experience using Salesforce, or a similar CRM system
  • Experience using GoToWebinar, or a similar webinar hosting platform

Nice-To-Have

  • Basic knowledge of HTML and/or CSS
  • B2B marketing experience
  • A passion for the creative industries
