Push for Hunger

The Red Tomato Pizza Restaurant in Dubai has created a novel touch-to-order system for customers looking for an instant hunger-buster at home.

The VIP (very important pizza) magnet simply sticks to the fridge and connects to your phone via Bluetooth. Once the all-important button has been pressed, the device immediately sends a text message to your mobile phone, confirming the order. Your phone then sends your pre-programmed order to the restaurant.

The VIP fridge magnet is a quirky gizmo that’s keeping up with the digital times. For more examples of tech-driven restaurant concepts, see Future Fast Food.
