Puma’s Design App

Sports footwear companies have been quick to introduce customisation. Puma’s Creative Factory - an online personalisation hub,  accompanied by a new iPad app - makes it even easier for consumers to design their own trainers.

The Creative Factory was developed by advertising agency Kirshenbaum Bond Senecal +Partners and is being launched in stores worldwide to inspire customers to produce their own original footwear.

Basic shoes are available for reference in store; using these as inspiration consumers can begin customising on the iPad, which is held on three telescopic arms. After purchasing the trainers, the unique designs are sent to Puma’s factory and put into production, which takes up to six weeks.
