Postable by Studio Toer

Studio Toer has created a flatpack table designed to fit in a standard envelope, be delivered by post and fit through a letterbox.

The Eindhoven-based design studio aims to accommodate society’s changing consumer culture, where the majority of items are now chosen and purchased online. However, unlike other large online purchases, Postable can fit through the letterbox, meaning no-one needs to be at home to receive it.

Postable comes in three sizes ranging from a small side table to a full-size dining table. All are constructed in the same way using a modular system of stainless steel sheets, which are then folded and bolted together by the consumer.

Postable is currently available for purchase through Studio Toer’s website.
