Caitlin Wilson Textiles

Philadelphia-based textiles designer Caitlin Wilson is one of a growing number of young designers expanding their brands via blogging and a product range that is only available online.

She recently launched a new line of fabrics and pillows under the name Caitlin Wilson Textiles, inspired not only by her love of colour, but also her time living in Hong Kong, London, and Dubai. Preppy-chic standards include chevron, Greek key and scallop patterns, with a Chinese-inspired blossom print thrown in for exotic flair.

Wilson founded her design firm in 2007 and quickly landed projects from San Francisco to the Cayman Islands, all the while finding a hole in the market for pretty, punchy pillows at a reasonable price – launching her company in response. Products are available through her website, with prices ranging from $50-70 (£32-45).
