Singapore on London's Southbank

A pop-up kitchen and restaurant housed in a customised shipping container, Singapore Takeout, will open on London’s Southbank this June.

The initiative is part of Singapore’s International Culinary Exchange (SPICE) programme that launched earlier this year to promote the city as the culinary hub of Asia.

The Singapore Takeout will offer an innovative menu created by chefs plus cooking demonstrations. After London the Takeout will embark on a year-long world tour, stopping in Delhi, Dubai, Hong Kong, Moscow, New York, Paris, Shanghai and Sydney.

Singapore Takeout is at Southbank, London, from June 9 to 11.
