Liz Martins Launches Lash Collection

British make-up artist Liz Martins has joined forces with professional beauty retailer Salon System to create a line of fashion-inspired false eyelashes.

Having worked for magazines such as Vogue, Elle and i-D, UK girl band Girls Aloud and British TV talent show The X Factor, Martins decided to launch her own range of lashes after failing to find the perfect, realistic set for her clients. Her range includes individual, lower lashes and theatrical lash sets designed for layering.

Designed for professional make-up artists, the collection has initially been launched for the trade, with plans to move into the retail market in the future. Martins also plans to release new lash collections seasonally, taking trend inspiration from her backstage catwalk work.

Prices start at £3.55 +VAT ($5.70) for Define under lashes. The range is currently available from professional beauty retailer Sally Beauty (U.S, Canada, Spain, Germany and Ireland) and the U.K’s largest industry beauty retailer Capital, both of which are available online as well as from stand alone stores.
